2 weeksWe fit the project to your plot, calculate loads and fix the price in the contract. It does not change after that.

Foundation
3 weeksSoil survey, layout, piles or a slab. While the concrete cures, the plant cuts your house kit.

House kit
4 weeksTimber is CNC-cut to the project with millimetre precision, numbered and delivered wrapped in film.

Wall assembly
3 weeksThe timber goes together like a kit: tongue into groove, insulation in the joint, dowels every five feet.

Roof and windows
4 weeksRafters, insulation, standing seam or shingles. Panoramic windows sit on sliding supports for settling.

Utilities and finishing
8 weeksWiring in conduit, underfloor heating, plumbing, sanding and hardwax oil. A photo report every week.
