Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, palette in local --vibeui-payments-002-* variables. The card face is a fixed gradient (independent of the page theme, like a real card), but the .dark class rule is still declared for the background variables. The card tilts around its vertical axis in an infinite loop (perspective + rotateY) rather than flipping — there is no back face. A diagonal sheen sweeps across the chip every few seconds (the same technique as devices-001's sheen). The component is decorative: role="img" with an aria-label combining brand, number, holder and expiry into one phrase.
