Technical notes
The block is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local --vibeui-cta-006-* variables. A server component. The terms are marked up as a definition list, <dl>/<dt>/<dd>: they are “term — explanation” pairs, not paragraphs, and a screen reader reads them as pairs. The seal is a circle with a conic gradient and a nested white circle; there is no separate image. On the wide layout the terms are set off by a vertical rule on the left, on the narrow one by a horizontal rule on top: the same border changes side along with the layout.
