Reviews as acceptance certificates with an “accepted without remarks” stamp
A contractor's reviews as acceptance certificates: a document card with a double frame, certificate number, project and date in mono in the header, the client's quote in guillemets, stars, a signature line with a handwritten name (Caveat) and an “Accepted without remarks” stamp that sits at an angle and gets “stamped” when the card enters the screen (animation-timeline: view() with a keyframe fallback). If there was a remark — a “remark: … resolved” block and a different dashed-frame stamp.
