For developers
The install command lives in the “Component source” block below — a signed link that stays valid for 24 hours.
Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-alert-014-*. Four states are switched by a data attribute and change a single colour variable. The pulse is a pseudo-element of the dot with a scale animation, and it is enabled only for abnormal states: a steady one must not blink for hours. The alert role is set only on a full outage.
