Event Card
An event card for an announcements list: the date is a large calendar tile instead of a line buried in text. The time sits inside <time datetime>, the place carries a pin. The whole card is clickable, one link stays in the markup.
What you can change
- the heading through title and the destination through href
- the day number and the month through dateDay and dateMonth — plain strings, the component computes no calendar
- the display time through time and the machine-readable value through dateTime

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-card-022-*. Server-side: no hooks. The date is drawn as a tile of a day number and a month — hidden from screen readers (aria-hidden) because it duplicates the heading and the time for decoration only. The link stretches over the whole card through ::after on the heading, same as the material card: a click works anywhere, and the accessibility tree keeps a single link. The time is output with a <time> tag carrying a machine-readable datetime, the place is single-line text with truncation.
