A context menu for selected text: it reads the selection at the moment of the call and shows it in the header, so "translate" always has a subject.
What you can change

- the empty-state caption through emptyHint
- the command list through actions, and the sectionLabel, hint, menuLabel, quoteText and doneText captions — Russian by default

Technical notes
One file, zero dependencies, the --vibeui-contextmenu-005-* palette. Client component: useState holds the selection and the cursor coordinates. The selection text is taken from window.getSelection() inside the call handler — during render it does not exist yet, and once the menu closes it has already been cleared. The menu is an HTML popover at the cursor through the x/y variables, with a duplicate button for the keyboard and the phone. While nothing is selected the entries are marked aria-disabled and the header states the reason. The selection colour is set by a ::selection rule on the paragraph itself, so that it matches the component's accent. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(), and the card has no background of its own by default.
