Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, palette in the local --vibeui-currency-006-* variables. Client component: the amount is in state, while the fee and the total are computed on the fly. The fee follows the "percent, but no less than a minimum" rule, the way it is charged in real life: on small transfers the minimum applies, on large ones the percent. The three-line receipt sits in an aria-live region, so changes are announced; the total is set larger than the rest, because that is the number checked against the card balance.
