Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, palette in the local --vibeui-date-004-* variables. Server component: no state is needed, the form collects both values by the names name-date and name-time. Instead of datetime-local there are two native fields in a shared frame: on a phone datetime-local opens two screens in a row, and on the desktop it gives a long mask where it is easy to mis-aim past a segment. The frame is single, focus-within highlights it as a whole, so the pair reads as one value.
