Technical notes
A client component: a useState on the state and on the writing phase, a useRef holding the timers, and a useEffect clearing them on unmount. The status is moved into a pop-up badge with role="status" under the row rather than into a line with reserved height — the card grows for the duration of the write. The indicator is a ring with a coloured top edge, and the check mark is the corner of a square at 45°; both animations are suppressed by prefers-reduced-motion. The palette lives in --vibeui-switch-013-*.
