Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-tags-009-* variables. Client component. The match list floats above the page so the content below the field does not jump while typing. The create row is separated by a rule, carries the word «Create» and the typed text itself, and appears only when no such tag exists among the chosen or the known ones.
