“Beach formal” dress code with fabric swatches

A beach-wedding dress code: a strip of sun-bleached colours like fabric swatches — hover widens a strip, a click copies the HEX; two looks, “her” and “him”, with taped photos; three beach rules with icons — sun, sand, wind. No heels.

React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.

What you can change

  • eyebrow, title (after “ — ” turns handwritten), lede, swatches (name, hex), copiedLabel
  • looks (who, title, text, image), rules (icon from the set, text)
  • accent and background, tone

Built from

The install command brings these components too. The block only passes them props: their palette and behaviour stay their own.

FAQ

How do I add “Beach formal” dress code with fabric swatches with Cursor or Claude Code?
Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
What does “Beach formal” dress code with fabric swatches depend on?
No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS. It also installs catalog components: card-124.
What can I change in “Beach formal” dress code with fabric swatches?
Adapt: eyebrow, title (after “ — ” turns handwritten), lede, swatches (name, hex), copiedLabel; looks (who, title, text, image), rules (icon from the set, text); accent and background, tone. Keep as installed: the card-124 imports from @/components/vibeui/ — do not inline their code into the block or swap in your own; the parts receive props only; the fabric-swatch strip where a strip widens on hover and copies its colour; the looks with taped photos on card, tilted unevenly.
Is “Beach formal” dress code with fabric swatches free?
The preview is open to everyone; the source is available with a PRO subscription.

Technical notes

A composite block: imports card-124 from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. One file, zero npm dependencies, “use client” for copying (navigator.clipboard, 1.6 s state). Swatches are a <ul> with display:contents li and flex:1 buttons, the colour from swatch.hex via --vibeui-event-012-chip, the caption colour computed from luminance (ink); hover and data-copied widen the strip to flex:1.6. Looks are 4:5 photos on white card with a ::before tape, tilted unevenly; rules are a panel with inline SVGs by rule.icon: sun, sand, wind. From 56rem looks in two columns, rules on the right at .7fr. Palette --vibeui-event-012-* is neutral: ink and paper via light-dark(), the site colours come through the accent, ink and background props; dark theme via .dark/[data-theme] or tone. Oswald, Lobster and Manrope come via <link precedence> from Google Fonts with system fallbacks. accent and background override colours, prefers-reduced-motion disables animations.
