Technical notes
A composite block: imports button-016, heading-001 from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. One file, zero npm dependencies, no client JS. Media is the media slot (an image, or video per the video background rules); without it — a stylized CSS scene with role="img". The scrim is a linear gradient with a dark bottom zone under the text. The large phrase, the action-and-navigation row, the legal line with documents above the bottom edge — nothing hides behind the decorative scene. Palette --vibeui-footer-018-*.
