Device Mockup
Browser Window
A pure-CSS browser window for a site screenshot: traffic lights, a titled tab, an address bar with a lock, light or dark chrome and a shadow. The URL and title change via props, not in an editor.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
What you can change
- src and alt — your screenshot
- children — a live page inside the window
- url and title — the address and the tab title

FAQ
- How do I add Browser Window with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Browser Window depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
- What can I change in Browser Window?
- Adapt: src and alt — your screenshot; children — a live page inside the window; url and title — the address and the tab title. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-mockup-004-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; chrome font sizes as clamp() over cqw — the chrome must not grow on a wide frame or collapse on a narrow one; the two chrome rows, tabs and address — they are what makes the window read as a browser.
- Is Browser Window free?
- The preview is open to everyone; the source is available with a PRO subscription.

npx shadcn@latest add https://vibeui.club/r/pro/mockup-004.jsonThis command needs a signed link: sign in and open “Component source” below — it issues a working link valid for 30 minutes. All install options
Technical notes
Server component, no hooks. The chrome is two rows: tabs (traffic lights, an active tab with a favicon and title, a “+” button) and the address row (history arrows, a field with an SVG lock and the URL, a menu). Font sizes and paddings are clamp() over cqw, so the chrome neither sprawls on a wide frame nor collapses on a narrow one. The chrome theme is set via data-chrome and does not follow the page theme: the window is part of the frame. The page area is 16/10: src (top-aligned object-fit: cover), otherwise children, otherwise a landing skeleton placeholder. The shadow is a box-shadow on the window, enabled by data-shadow.
