Technical notes
The block is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local --vibeui-cta-004-* variables. A server component. The pattern is two repeating-linear-gradients in a separate layer with pointer-events:none, faded by a mask-image towards the lower left corner, so the text always sits on a calm area. The slab is a gradient rather than a single colour: a solid fill across the whole width reads as a mistake of style. The layout is driven by the block's own width: below 46rem one column, beyond that the text and the block with the number stand side by side, with the right column aligned to the right edge.
