Mini panel

The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, palette in local --vibeui-dashboard-anim-001-* variables. It takes the theme from the environment via light-dark() plus a rule for the .dark class, so it does not stay light in a dark project. The number is not plain text: each digit sits in its own column with a stack of 0–9 that rides up until it lands on the right value; the rest of the string (space, $, %, comma) simply fades in on the same beat. The mini sparkline next to it draws left to right via stroke-dashoffset, with the fill under the line and the end dot following after. The cycle loops forever: once counted and drawn, the panel briefly fades out and counts again. The real value is duplicated as a hidden string for screen readers; the reel and chart are decorative. Everything stops under prefers-reduced-motion.
