Hero

Course bento hero with tilting tiles

A course landing first screen: a giant full-width headline whose words sharpen out of a blur and a marker that draws under one word. Below, a mosaic of four tiles: a lesson preview with play, a giant number, a live seats indicator and the start date — tiles tilt toward the cursor. A drifting mesh gradient behind, facts count up at the bottom.

Technical notes

One file, zero dependencies, “use client” for tilt and counters. The headline is split into words: each a span with @keyframes blur(8px)→0 and an --i×70ms delay; a *starred* word gets a background marker growing background-size 0→100 % after the words. Tiles are a
; pointermove writes --rx/--ry/--mx/--my into style without re-renders: rotateX/rotateY up to 6° and a sheen via ::after. The mesh is three radial gradients on the section's ::before with a slow transform animation. Facts are a component with IntersectionObserver and requestAnimationFrame counting up over 1.4 s. From 60rem (container query) tiles form 4 columns: the preview 2×2, the rest 1×1. Palette --vibeui-hero-022-* is neutral: ink and paper via light-dark(), the site colours come through the accent, ink and background props; Unbounded and Inter via
from Google Fonts with system fallbacks. tone pins the scheme, accent, ink and background override colours.
