Renovation hero: an apartment plan draws itself, rooms highlight with their area

First screen for a construction crew on millimetre paper: on the left a headline whose key word sits inside a dimension line captioned “± 1 mm”, a lede, two buttons and mono facts. On the right an svg apartment plan — walls draw themselves stroke by stroke on load, then doors, windows and overall dimensions appear. The room under the cursor or in focus fills with the accent and shows its area, the caption under the plan changes. A title block at the bottom: object, stage, scale, sheet.
