Technical notes
One file, zero dependencies, no client JS. The chosen destination sits on a pill rather than being marked by a single top line: on a small screen the finger's target has to be visible as an object. The chosen icon is slightly enlarged and tinted with the accent, and it shrinks on press — feedback without JS. The glass prop turns the surface into frosted glass for panels that float over a feed. safe-area-inset-bottom is respected. The block does not pin itself: pinning (position:fixed plus a height reserve in the content) is the host project's job. Palette --vibeui-navbar-019-*.
