Bottom Mobile Navigation

A panel at the bottom edge of a phone: 3–5 labelled destinations with icons, the chosen one on an accent pill, a badge counter separated by a ring. A dense surface or frosted glass. For shops, communities and accounts.

React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.

What you can change

  • items — destinations, icons and badges; current marks the open section
  • tone — the light or graphite version; glass — frosted glass over a feed
  • accent — the color of the chosen destination and the badge

The install command brings these components too. The block only passes them props: their palette and behaviour stay their own.

FAQ

How do I add Bottom Mobile Navigation with Cursor or Claude Code?
Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
What does Bottom Mobile Navigation depend on?
No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS. It also installs catalog components: button-109.
What can I change in Bottom Mobile Navigation?
Adapt: items — destinations, icons and badges; current marks the open section; tone — the light or graphite version; glass — frosted glass over a feed; accent — the color of the chosen destination and the badge. Keep as installed: the button-109 imports from @/components/vibeui/ — do not inline their code into the block or swap in your own; the parts receive props only; the local --vibeui-navbar-019-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; the labels under the icons: an icon without a word is guessed wrong.
Is Bottom Mobile Navigation free?
Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes

A composite block: imports button-109 from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. One file, zero npm dependencies, no client JS. The chosen destination sits on a pill rather than being marked by a single top line: on a small screen the finger's target has to be visible as an object. The chosen icon is slightly enlarged and tinted with the accent, and it shrinks on press — feedback without JS. The glass prop turns the surface into frosted glass for panels that float over a feed. safe-area-inset-bottom is respected. The block does not pin itself: pinning (position:fixed plus a height reserve in the content) is the host project's job. Palette --vibeui-navbar-019-*.
