Doctors with 3D tilt and a “who's in today” schedule
A clinic staff grid: cards tilt after the cursor (perspective + rotateX/Y) with a glare that follows the pointer. A chip above reads “today, Wednesday — on duty: …”, cards get a “today” badge and a weekly strip of working days — the weekday comes from the device via useSyncExternalStore, the server renders a neutral “schedule”. Photo or an initial on a gradient.
