Teachers: polaroids with a 3D tilt and “hear the accent”
Teacher cards as polaroids: a photo with a city badge, name, role and years, a handwritten note in the margin. The card tilts after the cursor (perspective + rotateX/rotateY via --rx/--ry) and catches a glare via --x/--y. At the bottom a “hear the accent” button with a seven-bar wave that breathes in CSS while “playing” and quiets down after a few seconds. No sound — a stub for your own handler.
