Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-avatar-018-* variables. Server-side: there are no hooks. The role ring is a conic-gradient with a radial mask: it stays even at any size and needs no SVG. The roles differ in arc length (owner is the full ring, editor three quarters, reader a half, robot a quarter) rather than colour alone, and are duplicated by a word in the caption: an arc without text is unreadable. A presence dot is deliberately not added here — it is taken by a different meaning, and hanging a second indicator on the ring is not allowed. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the dark branch is not an inversion of the light one — the circle fill, the rings and the statuses each have their own pair of lightnesses.
