Technical notes
A client component: useState holds the selected date and time. The two columns sit in a flex with wrap, so at a narrow width the time moves under the calendar instead of being squeezed into an unreadable column; the widths are set through flex-basis, not by viewport media queries. The time grid is built from opensAt, closesAt and the step rather than given as a list: working hours have to be changed more often than the component itself. Busy slots arrive in the busy array and are switched off with the disabled attribute and a strike-through. The time column scrolls inside itself with max-height, so the card does not grow across the whole screen at a fifteen-minute step. The chosen date-plus-time pair is always spelled out in the footer — otherwise, after scrolling, it is not visible what exactly is selected.
