Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-empty-018-*. Server-side: no hooks. The mark is a crossed-out bell, an inline svg. The status of the enabled channels is shown by a pill with an indicator dot. The heading width and size are computed from its own width through @container.
