Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-empty-001-*. The illustration is three CSS tiles with a rotation and different opacities: it hints at the list that will appear here and needs no illustration from a library. The dashed border separates the empty state from a filled screen. The padding and the heading size are computed from its own width through @container.
