The install command lives in the “Component source” block below — a signed link that stays valid for 24 hours.
Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-hovercard-007-* variables. Client-side only for the sake of Escape: the handler removes focus from the trigger and the card, held open by :focus-within, closes — the reveal itself stays in CSS. The delay sits only in the open-state rule, through transition-delay, while the base rule zeroes it, so the pointer leaving cancels both the bar and the reveal. The bar is the link's ::after pseudo-element, stretched with scaleX over the same time as the delay: the waiting becomes visible. The value lives in --vibeui-hovercard-007-delay and arrives through the delay prop.
