Popover
Notification Bell
A bell with a counter and a list inside: unread rows are marked by a dot and by weight, and the rows are real links you can walk with the keyboard.
What you can change
- the badge number through count and the contents through items
- the panel heading through title and the footer caption through footerLabel
- the unread line through unreadText and the button name through unreadHint — both take {count}

For developers
The install command lives in the “Component source” block below — a signed link that stays valid for 24 hours.
Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-popover-007-*. Server-side: the panel runs on the HTML popover, useId separates the identifier. The layout is declared only inside :popover-open. The counter badge is outlined with a border in the surface colour, so it reads on any button. Read rows differ by weight and colour, not only by a dot. The list is capped in height and scrolls, and the panel is pinned to the button's right edge through right:anchor(right) with a fallback under @supports not.
