For developers
The install command lives in the “Component source” block below — a signed link that stays valid for 24 hours.
Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-scrollspy-001-*. Client-side: "use client" for the sake of IntersectionObserver. The observer is confined to the text area through root, and rootMargin cuts off the bottom 60%, otherwise a section that has only just appeared from below becomes active. The last section has tail space beneath it — without it it never scrolls into view.
