For developers
The install command lives in the “Component source” block below — a signed link that stays valid for 24 hours.
Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, the palette in local variables --vibeui-scrollspy-003-*. Client-side ("use client") — IntersectionObserver is needed. The observer watches the sections of both levels at once, so a chapter and its sub-item can each become active. Expansion of the second level is not held in state: the list is shown by the rule li[data-open="true"] > [data-part="sub"], where data-open is derived from whether the chapter or any of its descendants is active. The links are plain anchors, the highlight runs through aria-current on both levels.
