Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its palette in the --vibeui-table-020-* variables. A server component: no hooks. The heading and the note sit inside the caption, so a screen reader announces the reading rules before the first cell rather than after it — a paragraph above the table gives nothing of the kind. caption-side:top is set explicitly: in print browsers like to move the caption to the bottom. The unit of measurement is printed in the header on its own line, and the abbreviations are expanded through abbr with a title and a dotted underline that does not pretend to be a link. The numeric columns come with tabular-nums, and the values are right-aligned.
