Technical notes
One file, zero dependencies, the --vibeui-togglegroup-008-* palette. Client component: useState for the selection and for the last blocked button. The "at least one" rule is not hidden: the button stays pressed, gets aria-disabled and a lock, and on an attempt to switch it off gives a short nudge and an explanation in the status line. Dimming the rest in advance would be a lie, they work. Below it stands a mini table drawn from the selected columns, so the meaning of the choice is visible at once. This is a togglegroup, not a buttongroup: the buttons declare the column visibility state.
