No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
What can I change in Required Group?
Adapt: the group name through label; the refusal copy through minMessage; the initial set of columns through defaultValue. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-togglegroup-008-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; aria-disabled only on the last pressed button: the others work and must not be dimmed; the refusal spelled out in text — without it the press looks like a bug.

Technical notes

One file, zero dependencies, the --vibeui-togglegroup-008-* palette. Client component: useState for the selection and for the last blocked button. The "at least one" rule is not hidden: the button stays pressed, gets aria-disabled and a lock, and on an attempt to switch it off gives a short nudge and an explanation in the status line. Dimming the rest in advance would be a lie, they work. Below it stands a mini table drawn from the selected columns, so the meaning of the choice is visible at once. This is a togglegroup, not a buttongroup: the buttons declare the column visibility state.
