Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-tree-002-* variables. Client component: expansion lives in useState rather than in details, because role="treeitem" and aria-expanded are needed and details has neither. The visible nodes are flattened into a plain list, the indent is drawn with padding-left from the level, and the structure is declared by aria-level, aria-posinset and aria-setsize — without them flat markup tells a screen reader nothing. Focus moves between nodes with the arrow keys while the whole tree keeps one tab stop: tabIndex=0 sits on the current node only, the rest get −1. The file status mark is shown by a letter, not by colour alone.
