Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, palette in local --vibeui-stack-012-* variables. A client component ("use client"): the state is an index in useState, all slide geometry lives in CSS variables and transform, and transitions are removed under prefers-reduced-motion. Photos are <img> with object-fit:cover; without a photo the slide is a branded plate with a number. The panel is dark in every theme. The scale is a column of tick buttons with two minor ticks between snapshots; hovering highlights nearby ticks and sets the active snapshot, a click locks it.
