Signup Strip
A narrow horizontal strip for mid-landing placement: copy on the left, an inline form on the right, a warm tint mixed from the accent. Self-contained: one file, no dependencies.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
What you can change
- title and hint — the strip heading and the hint line under it
- the accent through the accent prop — it recolours the strip tint, the button and the focus rings
- background — the background around the strip; empty means the strip sits right on the page

The install command brings these components too. The block only passes them props: their palette and behaviour stay their own.

FAQ
- How do I add Signup Strip with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Signup Strip depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS. It also installs catalog components: input-001, button-001, heading-001.
- What can I change in Signup Strip?
- Adapt: title and hint — the strip heading and the hint line under it; the accent through the accent prop — it recolours the strip tint, the button and the focus rings; background — the background around the strip; empty means the strip sits right on the page. Keep as installed: the input-001, button-001, heading-001 imports from @/components/vibeui/ — do not inline their code into the block or swap in your own; the parts receive props only; the local --vibeui-subscribe-003-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; the strip's warm tint mixed from the accent via color-mix: the background and border recompute when accent changes, do not freeze them as hex codes.
- Is Signup Strip free?
- Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes
A composite block: imports input-001, button-001, heading-001 from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. The block is self-contained: one file, no npm dependencies, its palette in local --vibeui-subscribe-003-* variables. A client component: submit is stubbed out, aria-live shows a success line. The strip is tinted warm via color-mix from the accent — the background recomputes itself when accent changes. The layout follows the block's own width: everything stacks in a narrow column, the form becomes a row at 30rem, and the whole strip goes horizontal at 46rem. The strip is meant to sit between content sections, hence the small vertical padding.
