Letters to readers: frequency, one field and an envelope with the last letter
Subscription to an author's letters: a “weekly / monthly” frequency choice changes the promise under the toggle, a floating-label field and one button; after submit a pen draws a check and “the letter is on its way” appears. On the right an envelope with the last letter: on hover or click the flap folds back, the seal disappears and the sheet slides out with the date, subject and first paragraphs. The form is a stub.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.

FAQ
- How do I add Letters to readers: frequency, one field and an envelope with the last letter with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Letters to readers: frequency, one field and an envelope with the last letter depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS. It also installs catalog components: input-001, button-001.
- What can I change in Letters to readers: frequency, one field and an envelope with the last letter?
- Adapt: eyebrow, title, lede, frequencies: name, promise; letterDate, letterSubject, letterText, letterHref, letterHrefLabel; tone — theme. Keep as installed: the input-001, button-001 imports from @/components/vibeui/ — do not inline their code into the block or swap in your own; the parts receive props only; the envelope is button[data-part=envelope] with perspective; layers: back, letter (z1), pocket (z2, a triangular clip-path pocket), flap (z3, rotateX 0 → −170deg from the top edge), seal; on :hover and [aria-pressed=true] the letter moves translateY(−46%), scene has padding-top for the emerging sheet; the floating label is an input with placeholder=" " and a label after it: :focus-visible + label and :not(:placeholder-shown) + label lift it.
- Is Letters to readers: frequency, one field and an envelope with the last letter free?
- The preview is open to everyone; the source is available with a PRO subscription.

Technical notes
A composite block: imports input-001, button-001 from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone.
