Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-avatar-034-* variables. Server-side: there are no hooks — relative time is not recomputed on the client and drags no hydration mismatch along. The caption lives in a <time> element with a machine dateTime: a person reads "yesterday at 18:40", while the markup carries the exact stamp that can be parsed programmatically. Recency is duplicated by the shape of the mark — filled, hollow, dashed — because three shades of grey are indistinguishable from one another, and the mark is declared role="img" with a caption. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the dark branch is not an inversion of the light one — the circle fill, the rings and the statuses each have their own pair of lightnesses.
