Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-banner-010-* variables. The strip cannot be dismissed: leaving the mode and hiding the message about it are different things, and a forgotten mode sends actions into someone else log. The diagonal hatching separates it from an ordinary announcement, which the eye stops noticing within a minute. The name of the person being acted for is set apart by colour and weight — it answers the question whose name the next click goes under. The strip is always dark, so the project accent is raised in lightness with a relative colour instead of being fixed in a token. The layout is computed from the strip own width. The theme comes from color-scheme through light-dark(), and the component switches on a class-based dark theme by itself.
