Technical notes
Server component, no hooks. The status shape is cut with clip-path out of a single square tile, so the size and the position in the row are the same for every status and the list does not wobble in height. The colour is computed from the --vibeui-icontile-003-hue variable, which the data-status attribute switches: colour reinforces the shape but does not remain the only carrier of meaning — that is an accessibility requirement, not decoration. The glyph inside the tile is marked aria-hidden, and the value is spoken by the text caption. The component carries its own white surface in a pill shape: the caption is dark.
