For developers
The install command lives in the “Component source” block below — a signed link that stays valid for 24 hours.
Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-input-026-*. A client component: "use client". The native <input type="time"> gets step={900} (15 minutes in seconds) for the browser's arrows, but manual keyboard entry does not honour that attribute — which is why on onChange the value is always brought to the nearest 15 minutes by the snap() function through integer division, wrapping around midnight. The chips under the field are the same common values in one click, and aria-pressed marks the one matching value.
