Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-inputgroup-006-* variables. Server-side: there is no state. The wrapper is a fieldset with a legend, because this is one value made of two parts. A legend inside a flex container behaves as a separate flow, so it carries float:left;width:100% and the next child is given clear:both. The dash is its own element of the group with aria-hidden rather than text inside a field. Both halves are submitted as the `${name}-from` and `${name}-to` fields.
