Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-radio-016-* variables. Server-side: there are no hooks, the radio buttons hold the state. The table is a single CSS grid with no nested rows: the column widths depend on the number of plans and are passed as an inline style on the grid container, while the header and body cells run as one list, so the columns line up without subgrid.
