Technical notes
A server component: no state, no hooks — the selected option comes in through the value prop and is drawn with defaultChecked. disabled on the fieldset switches off every nested radio at once; each input also carries an explicit disabled, otherwise React warns about checked without onChange. The link to lift the restriction ignores the fieldset's disabled and stays clickable. The --vibeui-radio-019-* palette is built on light-dark().
