Skeleton
Table Skeleton
A table skeleton that holds the future column widths: the header and the rows share one grid-template-columns value, so nothing shifts when the data arrives.
What you can change
- the column layout through columns
- the row count through rows
- the screen-reader caption through label

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-skeleton-004-*. It is a server component: there are no hooks. The layout is set by a single --vibeui-skeleton-004-columns variable picked up by both the header and every row: the columns cannot drift apart because they literally share one grid. The cell lengths alternate through the data-fill attribute and :nth-child rules, otherwise the placeholder reads as a lattice. The header is set apart by a background and a bottom border, so the table is recognisable before any text appears. The root is marked with role="status" and aria-busy; under prefers-reduced-motion the shimmer is removed.
