Undoable Reorder

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-sortable-007-*. Client-side: "use client" for the sake of the order and the history. Every move — by mouse or by buttons — pushes the previous array and a description of the step onto a stack, so undo does not recompute the movement but restores a snapshot. The undo bar is absent from the markup while the history is empty: a disabled button with no cause is confusing. The restored row is highlighted, and the undo is announced in a role=status live region. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the component has no surface of its own by default, it sits directly on the page background. The step description, the undo bar line, the button labels and the live-region phrases are lifted into props, the Russian values remain the defaults; the step snapshot stores the row itself, so the label can be rewritten without breaking undo.
