Adapt: the items array: labels and panel content; defaultId — which tab starts open; the width and density of the shadows in the background size. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-tabs-007-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens (bg-background, text-muted-foreground and the like); the pair of gradients with background-attachment local and scroll: their combination is exactly what fades the shadow at a fully scrolled edge; the mask colour matching the block background: with a different background a stripe of foreign colour appears at the edge.
Is Scrolling Tabs free?

Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-tabs-007-* variables. A client component: "use client" for the selected tab and for the keyboard, but the edge shadows are made with pure CSS: four gradients with different background attachments — the "mask" in the background colour travels with the content (background-attachment:local) while the shadow itself stays in place (scroll), so at a fully scrolled edge the shadow is covered by the mask. The arrow keys additionally bring the selected tab into view through scrollIntoView.
