About
Mission, Writ Large
A manifesto in one large phrase with accent markers on the key words. Self-contained: one file, no dependencies, the highlighting is driven by an array of segments.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
What you can change
- segments — the mission text and which words are highlighted
- eyebrow — the section eyebrow

FAQ
- How do I add Mission, Writ Large with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Mission, Writ Large depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
- What can I change in Mission, Writ Large?
- Adapt: segments — the mission text and which words are highlighted; eyebrow — the section eyebrow; footnote — the note below the manifesto; an empty string removes it together with the rule. Keep as installed: the imports from @/components/vibeui/ — do not inline their code into the block or swap in your own; the parts receive props only; the local --vibeui-about-001-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens (bg-card, text-primary and the like); highlighting via the segments array: the emphasis is part of the content, not the markup, and must change together with the text.
- Is Mission, Writ Large free?
- Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes
A composite block: imports from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. The block is self-contained: one file, no npm dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-about-001-*. A server component. The mission text arrives as an array of {text, highlight} segments — the highlighting lives in the data, not in the markup, so the phrase can be rewritten without touching JSX. Highlighted segments render as a <mark> tag with a marker tint via color-mix and box-decoration-break: clone, so the highlight does not tear on a line break. The type scale is computed from the block's own width (cqi); below the text sits a short accent rule and a footnote about the team.
