Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-command-003-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; recents instead of the full list on an empty query: an alphabetical dump helps nobody there; the section heading changing with the mode — otherwise the shorter list looks broken.

Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-command-003-* variables. Client-side: "use client" for the sake of useState on the query and the history. An empty query switches the list to the history, any input switches it to a filter over the full set of commands; the heading above the list changes with the mode. Running a command lifts it to the top of the history and trims the list to four entries, so the history does not grow. The combobox, listbox and option roles are set explicitly, and the highlight is passed through aria-activedescendant.
