A vertical slider for values where "higher means more": the rotation comes from writing-mode, so layout and keyboard both stay sane.

Technical notes
Client component: useState holds the value, and the fill share is computed from it. The vertical orientation is set with writing-mode:vertical-lr together with direction:rtl rather than a transform: an element rotated with rotate stays horizontal for layout and covers its neighbours with its box. The fill runs as a to-top gradient. The scale stands in a column beside it, captioned from top to bottom. The value is announced through aria-valuetext. The palette lives in --vibeui-slider-007-*. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the component has no surface of its own by default, it sits directly on the page background. The background prop turns on a surface of its own, and then the theme branch is computed from its lightness.
